Persroosters Heavy Duty type PHD (PHDA / PHDAD / PHDAV)
OG Heavy Duty Persroosters worden vervaardigd met een draagstaafdikte van 4 en 5mm met een omranding van platstaal. Speciale omrandingen kunnen worden toegepast zoals platstaal, hoekstaal of kokerprofiel.

Afmetingen
De OG Heavy Duty Persroosters kunnen op maat worden geleverd met een maximale draagstaaf lengte van ca. 2500 mm en een vulstaaf lengte van ca. 2000 mm.

Afstand draagstaven h.o.h. 16,6 en 22,2 en veelvouden hiervan. Tot een draagstaaf van 80/5 zijn ook tussenliggende afstanden mogelijk. Afstand vulstaven h.o.h. 33,3 en veelvouden hiervan. Tot een draagstaaf van 60/5 met een maximale lengte van 1.750 mm.Er zijn ook afstanden van 16,6 en 22,2 en veelvouden daarvan mogelijk.
Omranding
OG Heavy Duty Persroosters worden vervaardigd met een platstaal omranding. Ook speciale omrandingen kunnen worden toegepast zoals onder andere schoprand van platstaal, hoekstaal of kokerprofiel.
Presslock Heavy Duty Grating type PHD (PHDA / PHDAD / PHDAV)
OG Heavy Duty Press gratings are manufactured with a bearing bar thickness of 4 and 5 mm with a frame of flat steel. Special edging, such as flat steel, angle steel or tube profile can be used as well.
Production
Under high pressure, transverse cross bars are pressed into bearing bars that are conically slotted. The high pressure insertion of the transverse bar into the conically slotted bearing bars guarantees a firm, rigid grating structure.

Sizes
OG Heavy Duty Presslock gratings are produced in construction depths from 25-150mm and thicknesses from 4-5 mm. The maximum production Width (transverse bar length) is 2000mm and Span (bearing bar length) is 2500mm.
Mesh Spacing (in mm.)
Distance bearing bars center-to-center. 16.6 and 22.2 and multiples of this Intermediate distances are also possible up to a bearing bar of 80/5. Distance cross bars center-to-center. 33.3 and multiples thereof. Up to a 60/5 bearing bar with a maximum length of 1,750 mm. Distances of 16.6 and 22.2 and multiples thereof are also possible.
Binding
OG Heavy Duty Presslock gratings can be bound with flat bar material. Special bindings such as toe-plate, angle or square pipe, can be applied as necessary.
