Gedruklaste Roosters
De gedruklaste roosters zijn veelvoorkomende roostertypes in de offshore, petrochemische industrie en in de bouwsector. Doordat elke verbinding volledig wordt afgelast, tot wel 800 lasverbindingen per m2, is dit type uiterst geschikt voor zware tot zeer zware belastingen.
Constructie
In de draagstaven worden de getordeerde of ronde vulstaven onder hoge druk geperst en gelijktijdig elektrisch gelast. Doordat alle knooppunten zijn gelast ontstaat een zéér stabiele constructie.
Forge Welded Grating type WP
OG Forge Welded Gratings are fully resistance welded, by creating heat at the metal intersection points of square or roundcross bars and the solid bearing bars and then applying pressure to form the electro-forged joints.
Stability
The resistance welding process produces gratings of high stability, maximum strength and optimal load distribution
Verzinken
O.G. gedruklaste roosters worden verzinkt volgens ISO1461.
Coaten
O.G. gedruklaste roosters kunnen worden voorzien van poedercoating.

Type SafegrateType Safegrate heeft een ronde staaf met een diameter van 9 mm die met intervallen van 100 mm door het rooster loopt en vervolgens aan één kant gepuntlast wordt. Dit geeft het rooster meer zijdelingse remkracht wanneer het wordt blootgesteld aan rem- en versnellingsbewegingen.
Safegrate wordt onder andere gebruikt voor: - Wasstraten - Laadperrons - Aanlegsteigers van vaartuigen - Offshore olieplatforms - Datacenters
Dimensions
In addition to the stock dimensions, the grids can be made to measure with a maximum mm. bearing bar length of approx. 2500mm and a filler bar length of approx. 2000mm. 4 and 5mm bearing bar height 20 to 70.
Border
O.G. Press gratings with a bearing bar thickness of 2 and 3mm are manufactured with a T-Profile or flat steel frame. OG Heavy Duty Press gratings with a bearing bar thickness of 4 and 5 mm with a frame of flat steel. Special edging can be used, such as flat steel, angle steel or tube profile.

Type Safegrate
Safegrate has 9mm diameter round bar passing through the flooring at 100mm intervals and then spot welded on one side. This provides the grating with greater lateral restraint when subjected to breaking and acceleration motions of the vehicle.
Safegrate is used where vehicles are likely to pass over the grating such as: - Vehicle wash areas - Loading bays - Boat landings - Offshore oil rigs where trolleys can be pulled across the grating - Data centres
