Persroosters | Type PAL
Informatie
Het persrooster, type ‘PAL’, is een aluminium rooster vooral geschikt voor lichte belasting, plafonds en gevels. Tot een draagstaafhoogte van 50 mm wordt dit rooster standaard omrand met een speciaal ontwikkeld T-profiel, hetgeen de haaksheid positief beïnvloedt.
Doordat hierdoor de lasverbindingen worden afgedekt, is het een erg mooi rooster om te zien.
Boven een hoogte van 50 mm en op verzoek, voorziet O.G. Roosters het rooster van een vlakke rand.

Bij roosters met een draagstaaflengte tot 1.750 mm is elke willekeurige combinatie mogelijk.

Omranding
OG Persroosters worden vervaardigd met een T-profiel of platstaal omranding. Ook speciale omrandingen kunnen worden toegepast zoals onder andere schoprand van platstaal, hoekstaal of kokerprofiel.
Verzinken
O.G. Persroosters worden verzinkt volgens NEN-EN-ISO 1461.
Coaten
O.G. Persroosters kunnen worden voorzien van poedercoating.

The pressed grating, type 'PAL', is an aluminum grating especially suitable for light loads, ceilings and facades. Up to a load-bearing bar height of 50 mm, this grating is edged with a specially developed T-profile as standard, which has a positive effect on the squareness.
Because this covers the welded joints, it is a very nice grille to look at.
Above a height of 50 mm and on request, O.G. Toast the grid of a flat edge.

Distance bearing bars center to center 11.1 and 16.6 and multiples thereof. Intermediate distances are possible.
Mesh 11.1 only possible at 2 mm. bearing bar.

Any combination is possible with gratings with a bearing bar length of up to 1,750 mm.

-Omranding
O.G. Press gratings are manufactured with a T-profile or flat steel frame. Special edging also can be used, such as shovel edge made of flat steel, angle steel or tube profile.
-Sink
O.G. Press gratings are galvanized in accordance with NEN-EN-ISO 1461.
-Coating
OG Press gratings can be provided with powder coating.
